Rear Naked Radio is a weekly radio show that has been covering the sport of mixed martial arts since 2007. Originating in Dallas. Texas, Rear Naked Radio also regularly broadcasts on location from the sites of Ultimate Fighting Championship events, as well as Strikeforce promotions and other MMA attractions. Rear Naked Radio can be heard on various radio affiliates throughout the country, as well as on line at fiveouncesofpain.com as the site’s exclusive radio partner. Whether it is getting a new tattoo with Chuck Liddell, or avoiding MGM Grand security with Tito Ortiz, Rear Naked Radio regularly finds itself front and center for breaking news in MMA as it happens. When Tito Ortiz made his exit from The UFC under threat of being ejected from his final press conference, it was Rear Naked Radio that landed the exclusive interview with him and girlfriend Jenna Jameson moments after the incident. The video of the interview has gone on to become a viral sensation on You Tube. When Chuck Liddell recently stopped by Huntington Ink in Las Vegas to get a new tattoo, he welcomed Rear Naked Radio to sit down in the chair next to him to capture the entire episode for broadcast.

Rear Naked Radio is regularly joined by the biggest names in mixed martial arts, often hours before their scheduled fights. Recently on the evening of UFC 106, three of the four fighters in the co-main events (Forrest Griffin, Tito Ortiz, Anthony Johnson) each phoned in to the broadcast, making Rear Naked Radio the ultimate “pre game show” for UFC fans.

Rear Naked Radio is hosted by Richard Hunter, Pugs Moran and FiveOuncesOfPain.com’s Editor-in-Chief, Cory Brady.

Both Richard Hunter and Pugs Moran are veteran broadcasters, having worked in the top five radio markets of Dallas and Chicago. Cory Brady serves at the managing editor of FiveOuncesofPain.com, as well as a freelance writer for many of the sport’s major publications.

Richard Hunter begin his broadcasting career at KTCK Sportsradio 1310 The Ticket in Dallas ten years ago. He also worked at KLLI Live 105.3, now known as “The Fan”, where he secured a deal with radio legend Rick Dees to nationally syndicate Richard’s daily show.

Pugs Moran is a Chicago native who joined Chicago powerhouse talker WLUP The Loop in 1992. Staying in the Chicago market, he moved to ESPN 1000 and then to CBS affiliate WCKG, before making his way to Dallas to join the KLLI Live 105.3 line up in 2000.

Cory Brady is an Arizona native who exclusively covers the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, and will bring his unique perspective and information from deep inside the sport.
